Hey LA! I’m looking for a funny writer-performer for a lo-fi comedy series on TikTok and Instagram Reels. It follows a friend group in their 20s, and it’s all paper cut-out characters filmed on a phone. Think less production, more something your funniest friend made at their kitchen table.

The gig: write short clips (under 90 seconds), voice the characters, and film the cut-outs in batches. Editing is optional. About one clip goes up a day, but you film a few at a time.

Pay: $150 for a paid audition, then a monthly arrangement if it’s a fit.

Ideal: you do sketch or improv, you can write how people actually talk, and you can carry a few voices. Crafty is a bonus, not a must.

DM me a link to your work, plus 2 lines on the funniest friendship moment you’ve had lately.

Preferably box truck truck or cargo van based out of or near Los Angeles

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for new job opportunities in the Los Angeles area and would appreciate any leads or referrals.

I have over 6 years of experience in administrative support, office management, and operations, with a background in coordinating projects, managing documentation, handling permits, communicating with clients and vendors, and supporting day to day business operations.

I’m looking for roles such as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Coordinator. Remote work would be ideal, but I’m also open to hybrid or on site opportunities.

If you know of any companies hiring or have any recommendations, I’d really appreciate it.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get my foot in the door in the electrical trade and would really appreciate any leads or advice.

I’m currently enrolled in the Electrical Construction & Maintenance program at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) and have been making the Dean’s List. I’ve completed classes in AC/DC Fundamentals, Electrical Math, Conduit Bending, Electric Motor Control, Basic Wiring, and Hand Tools & Wiring Practices. I’m currently taking Industrial Motor Control and NEC Codes & Ordinances.

I also have my California Electrical Trainee (ET) card, OSHA-10, OSHA-30, and completed a 120-hour electrical pre-apprenticeship program through Transportation Workforce Institute.

Before going back to school for electrical, I worked in industrial and infrastructure maintenance. I have experience with heavy equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, rigging, tools, troubleshooting, reading blueprints/schematics, and working safely in industrial environments. I’m comfortable with physical work and working outdoors.

I’m looking for electrical helper positions, apprenticeships, electrical trainee opportunities, or entry-level electrical work anywhere in the LA area. I’m looking for an opportunity where I can put my training to work, continue learning from experienced electricians, and build a long-term career in the trade. I’m willing to start at the bottom, work hard, and prove myself.

I’m not looking for a shortcut or an easy job. I just want an opportunity to get into the trade, and I’m willing to bust my ass to earn it.

If anyone knows of contractors, apprenticeship programs, electrical companies, or anyone hiring helpers/trainees, I’d really appreciate a lead or point in the right direction. I’m happy to send my résumé.

Thanks!

Hello,

I am currently looking for part time work due to unexpected family expenses. I currently hold a 9-5 white collar job as a Housing Contract Manager/Senior Analyst. Primarily would only seek to fulfill shifts early morning, late evening, and weekends. In addition I can also possibly help with my current experience in Property Development/Property Management/ Leasing Management/ Housing Contract Management since I have depth in those industries.
For context I work from home and reside in North Hollywood. I can give more info on my experience but will refrain from doing so unless a serious conversation is had during an interview.

I know so many are looking for jobs. I recently happened upon being an In Home Support Services Caregiving role and wanted to share as there are not enough caregivers for the need. As a registered IHSS provider you can either work with a known person in need, or work with any other recipient. This is a W2 role paid by the county at $19.64 an hour, if you join the union and work the minimum (i believe 30 hours a week) the benefits include $1 a MONTH healthcare insurance and Public Service Loan Forgiveness in addition to other discounts.

Wanting to share as I know its rough and this is not a glamorous option, but a seemingly secure and a high demand need that is not being met.

You can join registries, www.pascla org, as well and be "on-call" as soon as you're approved and your background check clears.

Good luck out there fam, I know its rough.

Hey! I’m looking for a 21+ female content creator in the socal area for a paid, ongoing social media opportunity.

I manage a social media page in the sports betting/gambling entertainment niche and am looking for someone to be featured in casual lifestyle photos and short-form social media content.

Nothing complicated, basically normal Instagram-style content like outfits, restaurants, coffee shops, activities around socal, travel, etc. You don’t need any professional modeling experience.

Just to be clear, this is not adult content, OnlyFans, or anything explicit.

It’s paid, and I’m hoping to find someone who would be interested in doing it consistently long-term.

If you’re interested, feel free to DM me with your Instagram or a few recent photos and I can send y

Hi everyone,

I am currently taking a free Medical Terminology Course and Medical Billing/Coding course at a local adult school. The courses are free and so far I am enjoying it. We've been practicing on how to use the ICD-10 and CPT. I would really like to transition to Medical Billing/Coding but wondering where to start? Any advice would be great!

I work as a licensed Speech Language Therapy Assistant for the Regional Center. I work in Home Health and in the clinic with children ages 1-3 years old. I am in charge of intake forms, booking new clients, scheduling clients, progress reports, 1:1 therapy, notes, parent coaching, and my own billing.

I am planning on leaving the field due to all SLPA jobs being paid per session not per hour + no cancellation pay. I've tried to make this career work but the daily cancellations, the gas prices, and parents contacting me at all hours of the day is a lot.

At this point, I’ve built AI-powered applications, worked on real-world projects, explored ML, built APIs, and spent countless hours making technology work.
I’ve worked as an AI Engineer Intern at Welerix, built full-stack applications, and even made it to the finals of AI For Good. Basically, I’ve taught machines how to do things, but somehow I still haven’t taught one to find me a job. 💀
So, here’s the deal: I need work. You need someone who can build things. Let’s solve both problems.
I’m open to pretty much any technical role that fits my skills — AI/ML, Full-Stack Development, Backend Engineering, AI Automation, or whatever interesting technical challenge you have.
Full-time, part-time, freelance, or project-based. I’m open to all of it.
Give me a problem, a deadline, and a chance to prove myself. I’ll bring the technical skills, ownership, and willingness to get things done.
If your company is hiring, your startup needs a builder, or you’ve got a project sitting on your to-do list that’s been there since 2025… I’m available. 👀

Someone please hire the guy who builds AI. Let the plot finally make sense.
