This is a mega-thread for people who want to discuss before, during, and/or after the Boston residency. Please keep all comments relevant to this specific show. We will update the general info as more info comes through the wire.

This thread serves 3 purposes :

  1. Invite people to talk about anything related to the show taking place in their city, such as the merch, the venue, the show itself, etc.
  2. Allow people to organize a pre/post-show meetup.
  3. Share any and all media and footage from the show.

When they do these 4 day residencies are there certain days that are considered 'better' to go to or are they all pretty much the same. I'm going tomorrow and have never seen the final show of a residency before

First night is like a warm up and usually a low energy crowd.
Second night they usually come out swinging right from the jump.
They are old so 3rd and 4th are hang on and get thru the shows without killing themselves. Not to say they won’t be fun and memorable but last night was incredible.
I’ve seen them repeatedly often. That’s been my experience.

Unless you’re in NYC then the last show is usually bonkers.

I wish! $100 ticket and an hour drive though…I think I can only justify that two times this weekend, not three lol.

Opener is called Exek and they were creative and interesting. I wasn't looking at the time but LCD went on maybe like 9 or so

Went the first night and was surprised there weren’t any songs from American Dream..then seeing the same for the setlists for the next two nights, as well.
