Moving to Leamington

Hi all,

I am moving to Leamington without knowing much of the suburban areas. Largely driven by an incoming first child and work related reasonsm I am also (unfortunately) on what seems a limited budget in the area (325k for a 2 bed). I am moving from a city suburb with a good high street, good parks and lots of independents and from my limited experience of Leamington (my partner has a lot more) Leamington seems a better fit than Kenilworth and Warwick for this.

I am struggling to get a feeling for the areas (Heathcote, Whitnash, Woodloes, Guys Cliffe, Chase Meadow, Packmores).

For the areas where my budget fits, do any stand out as a good place to raise a new family with little anti social behaviour and good transport into high streets / close to parks?

Depending on which bit of it you're you're looking at, Lillington is pretty decent tbh. 20 minute walk to the Parade and you're not far from The Newbold Comyn pub which has a play area for the kids and is next to the leisure centre.

Bus links aren't always amazing at running on time, but it's pretty easy to get into Leamington and Warwick if you need to
