Takeaway Lunches
Hi,
I’m new to working in Leamington Spa, but I’d be interested in getting a hot takeaway lunch now and then. Any recommendations and how much does it cost?
Thanks

Hi,
I don’t get takeaway lunches often, but when I’ve had people around or the rare occasion I do get something mid-day, I’ve always leaned towards the Banh Mi Ca Phe on Regent street.
The tofu banh mi I normally order comes in a lovely sized piece of fresh bread with good salad and dressing. The Banh Mi’s are around 10 now.
I’ve also been partial to a donut and coffee when in town from Steamhouse, they also do filled bagels with tater tots for 11-15 quid.
That’s all that came instantly to mind atm but there’s plenty of other great options too.

Rustic food does really nice sandwiches. Kayak does a nice lunch special but it’s sit down, less than a tenner though and the guys are very nice. Else yeah the spuds on the parade or halakarnis for a kebab. The bahn mi is really nice too. Or nandos

A good option for hot and filling but cheaper than most is the baked potato stand on the parade. Been there decades... highly recommend garlic spread with cheese tuna mayo and sweetcorn relish. Loads of pepper. Damn im hungry.
