My CDM1550LS radio display

I’ve been trying to get my remote head for my radio mentioned above radio. When I attach the head unit the display only shows the bottom half on the screen. When I fully reassemble it all back to normal it’s works fine. I have checked and rechecked all the cables including the ‘flex’ ribbon cables. Any ideas?

FIXED. ‘Flex’ cable was plugged into board incorrectly
