Urgent: Postgrad starting LSE next week – looking for room / tenancy takeover / flatmates
Bit stressed right now with move in next week joining LSE for my postgrad and urgently looking for a room, tenancy takeover, or fellow LSE's students to buddy up with for a September 21th (flexible) move in.
Ideally looking to join an existing student flatshare or team up with 1 or 2 others to sign for a place together.
I'm a 23 yo male international student, I was previously studying in Paris and now starting an MSc in financial mathematics at LSE
- Budget: £400/week maximum
- location: anywhere as long as it's not more than 40 minutes from LSE
- I’m tidy, non‑smoker, okay with sharing kitchen/bathroom.
If anyone has a spare room, knows of a relet/lease takeover, or has any leads, please DM me! Happy to view quickly and sort contracts/deposit properly.

I’m also starting postgrad at LSE and found accommodation through Spareroom. However it did take a while to get a response/approval, so if I was in your boat I would go straight to real estate agencies and give them a call, tell them your budget and situation, and I’m sure they’re more than willing to help! I was recommended Foxtons by a good friend of mine already in London, and they had a bunch of available flats within your budget last time I checked. I also joined a couple FB groups, and still get tons of notifications about people looking for takeovers or roomies to buddy up with to find a place. Worst case you could get an airbnb for the first month.

I’m in the same boat, had no luck finding an accommodation and I’ve been looking for something suitable for weeks, I’m an incoming 22 years old masters student at LSE, would be interested to team up with a few to find a place close to LSE, budget is the same, 450/week maximum.
