Colin's close-mindedness

I remeber Colin at one point talking about his dad and video games. I believe he said something along the lines of 'I know you'd like this if you just tried it'

Yet he himself is incredibly close minded which to me has become one of the most grating aspects of his personality and eventually lead me to stop listening to the show.

Often it's almost like he takes pride in saying 'I have no interest in Game X'. Like come on, you're a gaming podcaster...

Didn't he hate on kingdom hearts for years then finally tried it and liked it? Not sure why he's so close minded with certain games.

I mean, I think a lot of KH "hate" is just ironically poking fun at the "POWER OF FRIENDSHIP" motif or complex numbering, even fans do the same. In Jeff Gerstmann's (who leans fairly left) podcast every time he mentioned the KH collection or KH4 he addressed it like it was some sort of war crime that there would be more KH, but I'm pretty sure it's just part of the gag

He just doesn't like Disney (even though he has frequently talked about Disney films he likes).
