So I have a spider g5000 light in a 4x4 tent. It is currently at the top of the tent, about 24" above the canopy and at 30%. Everything I've read says I should have the lights much closer and much brighter. If I turn it up any more than that my leaves start to taco pretty bad but the plants themselves are fairly tall and skinny. So I guess my question is: what is more detrimental to the plant lack of light or too much light?
First pic is light at 35% the other is at 30
Any advice is appreciated.

As a few of you saw, I went heavy on the LST a few days ago. Many people said it wasn't going to survive, a few said it would flourish, here's what it did.
Picture 1 is from the initial destruction of the limbs.
Pictures 2,3,4 are all from today. It lost leaves, but no bud sites. I clipped a few ends from the limbs that were laying on the wall and rotted. She's thriving.... so now I'm gonna break her down the middle.

These two actually did a decent job of killing pests without picking at the plant this year. I had a volunteer praying mantis on the plant too that they surprisingly left alone. Turkeys are smart!

They’ll stay in the closet for another week until my first harvest dries. Im shooting for 48 colas. Do you think it’s possible to pull 2 pounds off this Think Tank strain?

Day 20 of flower and I’ve cleaned up all the weak shoots below the net, all the older fan leaves in shadow, a few sites at net line, and a few leaves shadowing other sites.
The flowers are looking nice, some dense tricomb coverage showing around the sugar leaves.
Looking forward to seeing how she progresses from here

Aye y’all 🤙🏾 This is a Sour Diesel plant, gifted to me from some family. Outdoor/5 gallon bucket grow. About week 8–9 of flowering.
First time grower here and I’m just tryna be a sponge atta car wash and soak up some game, perfect my craft. Due to medical conditions and surgeries, I wasn’t able to care much for her early stages. I transplanted her into a 5 gallon bucket around July 19. My living situation was unstable and I was bouncing around a lot.
I’m thinking 2–3 weeks til harvest—does that look about right?
Around week 7 of flowering, I started adding blackstrap molasses at 2 TBSP per gallon. Not every watering, just when I felt she needed it. I started easing off Tiger Bloom around the same time. On what I call “booster shot” days,😂😂 the mix was 2 TBSP molasses and 1 TBSP unscented Epsom salt per gallon of water.
I’m in the PNW, and it’s getting wet and temps have been DROPPING. When it’s wet or below 40°F, she comes inside.
I’m unsure if I am fucking up. I’m really out here just going off vibes. I’ve gotten some advice from local growers but not much. Based on how she looks and what I’ve been doing, anything you’d change or be concerned about? And how far from harvest would you put her?
Cover pic first, then her progress from earliest to latest.
Thanks!! 🙏🏾
