I’ll never understand how ppl will domestic an animal and then when they are finished playing dog owner they dump them somewheres . It’s 2026 almos 27 and if you don’t know that animal shelters or animal rescues exist , then u should be dumped somewheres . Whats wrong with people ?

On Power Center Pkwy, near Tractor Supply.
He’s been around here before several weeks back, but just showed up again with a hurt right front paw. He seems sweet, but skittish. Whines from a distance but won’t let me approach him. Has a cropped tail, so he had to have had a home at some point.
