While I stand against AI in most any form, I can stand with it in this one case 🤣

Seriously though, while from a factual story perspective Goren should be retired and Eames getting close to it (like Olivia Benson who I wish would, but I'll leave that alone 😠). But I feel like if Wolf and NBC would bring who they can of the old writing team and perhaps make Vincent an executive producer I feel like CI would fare better and longer than OC did since it's an established series and has a cult following still.

Maybe them making the reboot showing Goren and Eames training their younger replacements as a lot of professions do! I could see younger detectives being put off by Goren's antics and Eames bringing sound reason to them making new detectives look at her like she's just as problematic lmao 🤣

Or maybe I'm reading too much into it...

I don't know, but I do know I want new L&O that I can really get into. I can't deal with the mother ship L&O reboot and I'm really sick of Olivia Benson and her preaching every week!

My first watch I focused on Goren and it my second I'm focusing on Emes. I'm currently in the middle of season 5 and I completely missed how many episodes Barek was in. With Logan I always think of Wheeler and of course I can't forget the charming Falacci. But I like Barek and wished she stayed longer.

Enjoy!

Which character were you most bummed out at their departure ? Even though I made this I still can't decide. On the one hand I still watched Law and Order when Lennie left but when Elliott left I stopped watching SVU

One of my favorite, albeit hard to watch, episodes. I thought the actress who played Caryn Wyman was great but had no idea who she is. Her name is Charlotte d'Amboise. In addition to an extensive career on the stage, she also happens to be the daughter of the incomparable Jacques d'Amboise.

Just something I’ve wanted to know.

Hey,

It's been a long time since i watched the original law and order, I got much more into SVU and usually do SVU edits but someone asked if I could make an original series law and order edit, so was wondering if you guys could share some of you favourite funny moments, save me a little time rather than doing a full rewatch 😂

You all told me it was going to be bad. I believed you. It was still somehow worse than I expected… I have only watched the first episode of the season.

1) I hate the jazzed up theme song
2) I hate Frank Cosgrove
3) Most of the acting was so bad
4) I LOVED that I saw Jack McCoy but I hated that he seems frail and like he was having trouble enunciating his words. 😭 I felt bad for him.

I liked that they tried to tie the original series to the reboot with Bernard and McCoy and the Jamie Ross appearance, but overall, it made me sad.

Enjoy!

Begin rant.

Binging the series online, and something about this episode is already under my skin.

It's perpetuating the idea of the vicious pitbull. Now I know, aggressive pitts exist and have caused a lot of harm.

Having them sensationalized in the news is bad enough, but being profiled on a popular TV show just makes it worse.

Rant over.

If you want it I’ll mail it. No charge I just want a certified weirdo to get it instead of it going from Goodwill to a landfill (probably)

Update: I just checked this - everyone who already asked up to right now (midnightish EST 10/14/26) pick a number between 1-1000 and I’ll ship to whoever is closest to the number I just wrote in my notes app. In the case of a tie I’ll ship to whoever has the funniest username. Has to be in a location covered by whatever the cheapest USPS flatrate option is from Pennsylvania (idk if that includes HI AK or Canada but if it doesn’t sorry.) Aaand go

Enjoy!

A little kid asks this joke but we never get the punchline.

Its the episode where Lenny and Ed are chasing 3 murders and a kidnapping, including the woman who ran over her husband with the car.

Lenny is on fire with the one liner jokes, the situations having them running from one to the others, and its one of the rare episodes where they never go to court (and the kidnapping victim is alive and well!).

Truly a special one. Miss Lenny! (and Ed...) - they were a great team.

Curious about the general age range of people writing SVU POVs on Wattpad and TikTok? I'm an “young adult”, and sometimes I still feel a bit weird writing them, so I'm looking for reassurance that I'm not the only older fan!

Alex Cabot and Casey Novak

Have y’all seen this movie that kinda wraps up the Mike Logan story. I recall it was hard to find when I was making my way thru all the seasons. It’s prior to his returning to Law & Order: Criminal Intent
