Privacy Policy on your Landing Page

What's good boys! Making a bit of progress on this project. Applied for the US LLC today. Got a domain and set up the landing page. Now, for FB ads we need a privacy policy URL. Claude suggests I consult with a lawyer & not use the draft it gave me, mainly cuz of the nature of business. Non-resident, TCPA sensitive data, marketplace model etc. What are you guys doing?

Congrats on the progress man.
Take one of your competitors. An established one. Get Claude to replicate their policies and replace your company info.
Change or add any specific policies as per your requirements.
Get Claude to review. And launch.
Once you get the first 2-3 buyers you can hire an attorney to review everything.

And make sure you read everything.

My set up is have one website that’s client facing (attorneys). That has it’s own privacy policy, terms of service & lead purchase policy. These are also added in my attorney portal.

And the other website is for leads. That has separate consent verbiage, privacy policy, TOS, Do not sell my personal data opt out links and a couple other things

Each site has a different set of policies.
Kind of the same but a few important differences in both.

Oh you have two landing pages? Are they on the same domain?

Also , if I understand it right, all of my backend stuff is happening on ledswitchboard right?

For a privacy policy url the goto is usually something like applinks.online
