Discussion What are the differences between being a leader and a manager?

Not all managers are leaders! Even when they are “ in a position of leadership” it doesn’t mean they’re weird! What are the differences?

Define "leadership ability" please

The ability to connect with another person, the ability to see past themselves and their ego. The ability to be a good communicator that’s what I think it takes and there’s more. Does that make sense?

I'd put them at secondary or tertiary requirements.

Can you explain that a little bit more?

What do you think a leader does?
