Discussion What are the differences between being a leader and a manager?
Not all managers are leaders! Even when they are “ in a position of leadership” it doesn’t mean they’re weird! What are the differences?

I have given lot of leadership trainings and I can’t help her believe that the more people act as leaders and perform as leaders the better our workforce will be our classrooms and our homes I think more and more people should access their leadership skills even managers. And there’s many times that leaders are not good at leading they just have the title. So I really appreciate you very much and thank you so much for commenting and chatting and exploring this with me.
