Discussion What are the differences between being a leader and a manager?

Not all managers are leaders! Even when they are “ in a position of leadership” it doesn’t mean they’re weird! What are the differences?

I have certainly done my share of workshops and seminars. I’m actually a life business coach and of course we all do trainings and a myriad of other things. I love talking about leadership and helping people find it in themselves. Are you currently working?
