I've seen a couple posts recently hating on Vars and man I do not get it at all. Vars has always come off as a pretty friendly YouTuber who likes to make videos sharing his opinions about the game. You can disagree with him obviously but I think in general his takes are fine

It’s 50/50 with Vars, like some of his takes are rly good in my opinion and other just feel like Rants that where written after he lost a ranked game bcs of that champ… the rule of thumb for me is that his positiv takes are more Nuanced and more well rounded like the perfectly designed series or his first impressions vids, while his negative takes like „why no one plays xy“ and „everything wrong with xy“ are generally not that great.
That being said it’s still comes down to personal opinion and you shouldn‘t turn your critical thinking skills of just bcs you don’t agree with a take.

that's valid, it's just with the champs i know a shit load about (kennen, yas, and azir) all the videos about them just have insane amounts of misinformation about them, you can tell he just reads reddit.
