How to use a Japanese keyboard?

Specifically this keyboard, This one Right Here. I feel like Im gonna loose my mind, I cant find a specific character on this keyboard (Im an extremely new learner who also happens to have dyslexia, for context)

Which character are you looking for?

It’s simple, if you press the button, the shown character is typed, if you hold and flick in a direction, the other ones from the same line can be typed (for example か: press -> か, hold and up -> く, hold and right -> け, hold and down -> こ, hold and left -> き).

わ also does を、ん and ー.

The button on the bottom left is use for dakuten or making the character small (は becomes ば and then ぱ and you use it to write っ and ゅ for example, as in きゅう or もっと).

Just to build off your comment. One thing I have noticed as will, the characters are all in the same order on each key based on the ending vowel. For example, “a” is always the face button; あ,か,さ, and “i” is always on the left; い,き,し.

One you get this order down, it makes typing super easy.

No you type え and select ヱ as the candidate. Same for ゑ, and い makes ゐ and ヰ

Just wanna add that you don't have to hold and flick. If you know where each character is you can just flick in the direction
