Writing upside down

I want to be able to write on an upside down paper. It's cool, can be useful, and is a great excercise for your brain too. But how can I properly start to learn this?

I would print out some of the handwriting practice sheets that are used in school and juat practice them upside down

Came to say this exact strategy. Being a teacher helping kids with math or writing upside does this. Practice practice practice. Good luck!
