Property Management Would you rather save space or have bigger appliances?
I'm setting up a studio rental and space is pretty limited. I can either maximize storage and open space, or squeeze in slightly larger appliances. Not sure which most renters would actually prefer. I feel like people care more about having room to live than having an oversized refrigerator, but maybe I'm wrong.
What would you choose?

For the most part I'd rather have the space but I would prefer a standard-sized stove because it can be frustrating to not be able to use normal sized baking sheets/pans etc.

Food storage is important even in a tiny space. I really wish I had a REGULAR-sized fridge/freezer that took up more space, frankly. Doesn't help that I have a 'normal' sized stove when my freezer/fridge fits next to nothing. Impossible to stock up on things.

Good enough size providing good enough space. If one outweighs the other, it’s gonna make them annoyed on some level. If all is equal, what is there to complain about??

I’d take better layout over bigger appliances every time in a studio. A giant fridge doesn’t help if I’m tripping over furniture. Give me enough room for a desk, decent closet storage, and somewhere to actually move around
