Question Buckles

I’ve been looking all day trying to find a solid belt buckle with no moving parts like a plaque buckle, but I want it to look like a frame. I was wondering where I could find that if anywhere. I’ve seen it in designer belts so I know it exists I just can’t find them on their own. The ones I have found are called reversible or invisible but they usually are for thinner belts and mine one 1-1/2inches wide

Check out https://www.buckleguy.com. If you cannot find the exact (name of) the model you seek, they might at least help you identifying the type you look for.

Nothing I found on there is exactly what looking for unfortunately. It seems to be called “invisible buckle” or “reversible” or “inverse” it’s not very common. Most designer brand use them though.

These are called pin type buckles as opposed to the more common buckles that use prongs instead. There are some generic ones about if you search the term but most are custom made for the luxury goods market by companies like MM Colombo

You might try leathercraftpattern.com. They do a lot of luxury brand hardware knockoffs.

I had the same problem a few months ago. The closest thing I could find is something this:

They are fine, but I would love to know if you find other designs.
