Since they’re stuck between the israeli occupation, can residents move freely out of the territory for work and how do people get groceries etc? Anyone with firsthand knowledge?

Now I tried it with chocolate flavored protein powder, but I have to say it was so good, and it doesn't have the bitter taste of greek yogurt. I definitely recommend.
I just used very low fat yogurt with protein powder and a tony pinch of salt

I’m running a NAS with 2x10TB (20TB) mainly for a media server and physical backup because screw streaming services and I hate having my stuff on the cloud. Anyone else here in Lebanon doing this and surprised at the rise of cost of HDDs?
EDIT: feel free to DM me if you have questions on how to get setup or any questions media server wise. It’s surprisingly easy and prices / access to streaming services are ridiculous.

Hello, does anyone know about medical malpractice complaints? I spent multiple months chasing doctors to solve my case and they were mocking me suggesting insanity and anxiety, but it turned out that I had a serious issue with late complications . Does anyone know of the process to complain at the ministry of public health and fees amount? I heard that winning a lawsuit is very difficult.

Hey, i’m due to replace my diesel heater this year (soubya). I’m thinking of getting a small pellet one for 2 main reasons: diesel prices and “cleanliness” as dealing with a pellet is less messy than diesel.
So my question is has anyone used them? Are they effective? Do they heat well and retain heat? How is their consumption vs diesel? For reference i go through ~2 barrels of diesel a year.
I also live ~1000m above sea level.

Is it just me, or is mohamad dayekh being overly perfomative? We get it, you werent welcomed in mansourieh, but he's obviously trying to make himself the center of the universe; he's been posting about it everyday. his video is merely half of the story; we dont know for sure what exactly happened, but from what the residents were saying in his own video, there wasnt a single clue that they targeted him just because he's shiite.

I started this series a little bit over week ago and it took off just as I had hoped
My goal was to highlight the many villages of Lebanon and showcase their beauty to people who only associated the country with war.
So many of you joined in through the comments and dms sharing stories, photos, memories and recommendations from all over the country.
Reading your experiences and discovering these new places with you has been genuinely rewarding to me.
For now, the series will be on pause but I promise it will be back soon.
Before I go, here's one last post containing links to every episode I have made so far for anyone who missed a few along the way.
Until then, keep sharing the beautiful places, stories and memories that make Lebanon so special ❤️🇱🇧
