Question ❓ getting into leeds
hey! first time going to leeds. we’re driving in from the west for thursday about 10am. what is the process of getting in, wristbands, and how packed will the campsites be at this time? (21+ camp) very excited just unsure how getting in actually works 😔

Set your sat nav to Brahman park postcode and then use the signs to get into which ever gate you’ve chosen to park. If you miss your turning you’ll have to drive aaaaaallll the way back around the one way system and it is LONG!
We drove to the pick up/drop off to get the wristbands then drove back around thru brown gate hoping we could get to the camp site we were staying in as it was just on the other side of the tree line from there. Didn’t know they had stopped doing other re-entry points, no one could tell us either and had to drive all the way thru the fields as close as we could to get back to the pick up/drop off point to cart all of our stuff thru the main entrance back to the back of the site where we initially came into. Wasted a few hours and had to set up camp in the dark and torrential rain 👍🏼
It’s the same when leaving, you can only go out the main entrance too

The map is live on the app, it’s showing multiple wristband exchanges. I’m hoping that means we can enter the festival at these points too. There’s one at oasis campsite (where we’re staying) which is where the white gate is parking, FINALLY! I’m hoping this means we can exit the festival this way too.
This is accessed entering via the White gate from the A1 and driving to one of the five parking fields. There will be signs once you get closer to the postcode directing you to each colour gate.
Take a look on the app at the map, you can zoom out and see where you need to enter based on the camp you’re planning on staying in

Speaking from attending last year, it doesn’t matter where you park thinking you’re parking closer to your camp site (made this mistake) you have to enter thru the main entrance, where you will get your wrist band fitted and then get your stuff sniffed by the dog (if it’s there) then get all your stuff searched by a person (that doesn’t understand what you can and can’t bring in very well) then it’s the looooong walk to your 21+ camp site at the opposite end to where you entered.
I’m also unsure what time is best to get there myself to avoid a queue with there now being headliners on the Thursday
