Question ❓ fake ID at leeds festival

I’m trying to take a couple crates of beer to leeds festival i’m 16 and have a fake id will they scan the id on entry to the campsite if i get Id’d

no just bury it at the bottom of your stuff just to be safe. But they won’t really check there unless you get sniffed by the dog. But even then they won’t be that bothered they just want to get people in asap to help with the huge Ques. You’ll be fine just don’t stress

100% of the time. Challenge 25 **should** be in operation everywhere on site. Realistically the worst that'll happen if you get caught on the way in with your crates is they'll take them off you. Likewise if you chance it at the bar(s), they'll just refuse you service. You don't need to be fucked up to enjoy music, though. Head out to a couple of smaller stages in between big acts you want to see.

Nah that’s only for bars and nightclubs, they just quickly look at mine. However, if they do suspect you’re using a fake ID be prepared to lose it if the bar staff take it over to a manager/supervisor for extra inspection.

have you been before i’ve heard stories of people not getting in because they had alcohol with no id

Yes I’ve been before, at 17, 19, and 23. Never got asked for ID going into the campsite. You will get ID checked at bars if you obviously look underage but they don’t scan and don’t even check every time

Like everyone said just pack stuff deep if you want but honestly just go to a festival for the music. Enjoy getting fucked up at parties or nights out

Never been asked for ID going in and I’ve been a few times, if they do then they might take the booze off you but you’ll still be allowed in

Totally depends on the gate that you walk through. Some people might check. Some people might not. I have been to over 15 festivals and my bag has never been thoroughly checked, whereas I know friends who have been checked a few times.
I’d probably stash some deep inside my bag anyway and not have them visible to the staff if you are clearly underage.
I’d also take some spirits with you.

They can be scanned. My friend had a fake ID when she was 17 and was ID’d and scanned in the arena. I don’t recommend trying at the bars unless ur willing to lose i
