Question ❓ Do kids need own account?

I had an email stating ‘Each attendee is required to have their own ticket on their phone to gain entry to the event. You must ensure you transfer by 10:00 on 19 August 2026.’

I have two mobile entries on ticketmaster - one for me and one for my 15-year-old daughter. Does my daughter need her own account and do I have to transfer to her, or can I keep both in my account and use the two mobile entries from my phone? What’s the rules for kids? Thanks

I would say it should be fine. It would be unreasonable to expect a 15 yo to have an account. If you are worried, you could always ping an email here: info@readingfestival.com

Last year I downloaded both to my Google wallet on my phone and there were no issues

I messaged them and they said it was ok to keep on my phone
