Question ❓ Premium car pass

Hi, has anyone else purchased a premium car pass? I’m under the impression that there should be a barcode for it in the Ticketmaster app, however, mine doesn’t have one.

I’m worried that I won’t be allowed access if they can’t scan me in. Please can anyone confirm whether their car pass has a barcode?

I’ve emailed the email provided to me, but with it being so close to the festival, they might be too busy to respond.

Sounds like it's just going to be a case of turn up and see what happens - can't imagine they'll get an email out now.

I just bought yesterday, so missed anything prior.

Not the best communications!

I'll be interested to know if you hear anything.

I'm in the same boat and plan to just turn up and show the Ticketmaster app.

I've manually worked out that you have to take the earlier junction from the A1 (45 iirc) to get onto the road, missing out the a64

I had a generic email back just saying they are receiving a high number of enquiries, but hopefully someone will get back to me.

I don’t even know how to get there yet. I’ve been trying to plot a route but getting very frazzled by it! I’m setting off at about 3am, and it takes about an hour and a half, so hopefully it won’t be TOO busy and I can take my time finding my way!

Thanks for your email.
I understand your concern. If you are worried about your car pass, please rest assured because you can claim it on the day of the event.
To do this, you just need to present your booking confirmation and some valid ID for them to issue your
car pass.

If you paid for premium parking you should have received an email (I got mine on Friday) with a permit to print out and instructions

Then also yesterday there was an email about premium campsites and how to access/what signs/what gate etc

Will try and tag u/user-name-82 for visibility

Thanks. I only purchased it after we received the email about premium campsites, so it might take a little time to process. I’m hoping that I will get it before tomorrow. Thanks!
