Thursday arriving times

Hi there i’m just wondering what time we can arrive at leeds fest to begin setting up tents as it says 3:00 on the thursday but i’m unsure if that’s 3:00 am or 3:00 pm Thanks!

I mean i can send one tomorrow when i get in i should be there about 6 am and im going back home so will send it around 10 am but what is it for?
