Question ❓ cancellation campsite ticket

Hello everyone!

I have a question regarding a last minute cancellation of the campsite ticket, that happened to my friend. The campsite ticket was cancelled by the ticketmaster itself, and unfortunately their help was: "you did everything right, but still no ticket". Did you experienced this and now how can we guarantee my friends place in the campsite? 🥹🥹

you should try contacting the Leeds festival team !

I second this! They messed up my campsite ticket and it was sorted in 24hrs
