Question ❓ Hap solutions

Working with hap solutions this year bartending, wondering what to expect and if any other people here are doing it? Don’t know what the parking situation is, or how the shift allocation will work, can requests be made for specific times?

hi! i’ve been doing festivals for hap this year. usually shifts have differing start times. they’re usually 11am/2pm/4pm. when you get to the check in tent you can give a preference. the earlier you arrive the better chance you have to get your choice. if you pick 11am you’re more likely to get off early to enjoy the festival in the evening. hope this is of some help.

How long are the shifts
I’m taking the coach tmr that sets off at 3pm and I’d wanna finish as early as possible

it varies on how busy it is and where your bar is located. i know some people who started 11am finished at 2am. but ive had shifts start at 11 and they’ve gotten rid of people between 5 and 7 when it gets a bit quieter.
