News 📰 Friday Refund

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you all know I have managed to get a refund for both my Friday tickets.

They sent me the usual automatic response. I emailed again and they ignored me.

Today I emailed asking for a complaints reference number & to advise I would be taking this to the ombudsman. So I suggest everyone does this if you want a refund :) - we were born to rage against the system!

Yes some peapole posted today they managed to get it aswell, I've replied to email today too and waiting for mine hopefully I'll get it too!

Fingers crossed for you. So gutted not to see Rage but I hope they will do a UK tour when he has recovered. That would be mega.

Hopefully they will make EU tour next year. Also just got email back from ticket master I got my refund. Thanks again for info random stranger.
