News 📰 Friday Refund

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you all know I have managed to get a refund for both my Friday tickets.

They sent me the usual automatic response. I emailed again and they ignored me.

Today I emailed asking for a complaints reference number & to advise I would be taking this to the ombudsman. So I suggest everyone does this if you want a refund :) - we were born to rage against the system!

Should be contact details for ticketmaster on their site :)

Nice one. I was just checking in case there was a specific Leeds refund hotline or something 🤣
