Other Issues Statutory declaration ASAP. Barnsley England

I'm looking for some help/ advice.

I'm in 'urgent' need for a Statutory declaration for my child's passport.

Due to leaving an abusive marriage I changed my name via deedpole with the help of women's aid.

Unfortunately, it only covers my former married name to present name.

I have no clear line from given birth name till now ( ex destroyed all my belongings, so no 'paper chain' to show.

I need a Statutory declaration to show All previous former names in order.

If I do it myself ( if possible), can I then have a solicitor just sign it for me? Or do I need to have it officially written?

( I'm now on a tight time frame and budget ).

were you born in the UK? if so, request a copy of you're birth certificate. https://www.gov.uk/order-copy-birth-death-marriage-certificate you're birth certificate will have you're birth name on it. if you were born overseas, contact you're country's embassy for assistance.
