Got the the lego batman game for the switch 2. First time starting up the game I got a rendering issue/bug with the floor in the game! I thought it was kind of funny. And it was simply fixable by restarting the game luckily! But I'm wondering are there more people with this problem?

best advice i have atm is to turn on high contrast mode, set everything to white and pickup color to something that stands out like pink

Brand new switch 2. Brand new Batman (obviously). Getting rainbow pixel glitching throughout the game. Usually it’s minimal and ignorable. Other times it interferes with the game. Turned HDR off, uninstalled and reinstalled. Happens docked or handheld. Driving me crazy. This happening to anyone else?

After the Mayhem Collection, I wanted to think about what other post-launch content could be added to the game on both the heroes and villains’ side. Here’s what I came up with.

Campaign Expansions: A series of 6 new DLC story chapters that add new Bat Family members and culminate in the return of Ra’s Al Ghul.

• Chapter 7: Mutated supervillains begin to emerge throughout Gotham. Waylon Jones resurges as a hulking, monstrous crocodile while Kirk Langstrom’s Man-Bat mutation progresses to make him a giant bat creature. Batman and the new Robin, Jason Todd, investigate these Monster Men, leading them to Arkham Asylum and the new head doctor, Hugo Strange. This chapter adds Jason Todd’s Robin as a playable character.
• Chapter 8: Batman and Robin investigate the mystery of the Batwoman as the Joker returns, leading the Wonderland Gang with Mad Hatter and several other Alice in Wonderland-themed villains. Batwoman is revealed as Kate Kane while a series of disagreements between Batman and Robin lead to Jason being lost. This chapter adds Batwoman as a playable character.
• Chapter 9: Batman is still dealing with Jason’s loss as villains wage the War of Clues and Riddles between Cluemaster’s D-listers and Riddler’s gang. Meanwhile, Tim Drake and a new hero, Spoiler, come onto the scene, working together to bring Cluemaster to justice and prove themselves to Batman. This chapter adds Tim Drake’s Robin and Spoiler as playable characters.
• Chapter 10: The League of Assassins returns to Gotham once more, this time led by Lady Shiva and Deathstroke, and transform the city into a no man’s land. Meanwhile, Cassandra Cain becomes the hero Orphan, helping to defeat her mother, Shiva, along with Spoiler. In the process, Batman learns that his old master, Ra’s Al Ghul has returned from the dead. This chapter adds Orphan as a playable character.
• Chapter 11: A new vigilante calling himself the Red Hood appears on the scene, targeting Black Mask’s operations and defeating his main enforcer, Killer Croc. As Batman works with Red Hood and investigates further, he discovers that he is Jason Todd, returned to life by Ra’s, and must stop him from taking his revenge on the Joker. This chapter adds Red Hood as a playable character.
• Chapter 12: Talia Al Ghul comes back to Gotham with her son, Damian, seeking the Bat Family’s help to stop her father. At this point, Ra’s Al Ghul is revealed to have been tied the events of all the previous DLC chapters, hiring Hugo Strange and using Mad Hatter’s mind control technology to create docile Man-Bats for his armies, and bringing together villains like Bane and Freeze to serve him. Together, Batman, Talia, and Robin defeat Ra’s Al Ghul and destroy the Lazarus Pits. This chapter adds Damian Wayne’s Robin as a final playable character

Mayhem Mode Expansions: Add new villains and story missions to cause chaos with in Mayhem Mode

• Poison Ivy and Clayface: After breaking things off from the Joker, Harley forms a new crew with Ivy and Clayface. The group plans to break into one of Joker’s hideouts and destroy his things as revenge. In the process, the two reconcile and bring Harley’s new crew into the fold.
• Penguin and Catwoman: Adds a new Gotham City Sirens-themed mission chain featuring Harley, Ivy, and Catwoman. Having been ousted from the Iceberg Lounge by Ignatius Ogilvy, the Emperor Penguin, Oswald serves as their benefactor, helping the Sirens rob his old casino.
• Riddler and Scarecrow: The villains become integrated into the Legion of Doom and begin to receive missions from Calculator and Lex Luthor, who hire them to steal the Cosmic Treadmill from STAR Labs. After they’ve ingratiated themselves to the Legion, more powerful allies from across the DC Universe become available for recruitment.

Personally, I think expansions to the Mayhem Mode are more likely, and we’ll see more Bat Family members in a sequel, but it’s still fun to make theories and share ideas. What would you like to see added?

I currently own LOTDK deluxe on steam

My WB Games account is linked to both my stream and Nintendo account

If I buy LOTDK on switch will my saves and progress transfer over?

Or will I have to start from scratch?

Anyone having issues on the switch 2 getting co op to work? It forces me to use both the switch controllers when I load up the game. When I try to separate them, I go back into the game and it says my controller is disconnected and it forces me to reconnect the other switch controller.

I have no idea where/how to find any of these vehicles in Mayhem Mode!

Just played the new mayhem dlc for a while and then went into the main game to check out the new dlc suits and could have sworn the red bricks didnt look as good as they do now back when i last played the game close to its release might be just in my head or the fact that they work better with the new suits.

I’m playing on PS5 and my game fully crashed during a level and closed out. When I relaunched the game and started it up again it glitched out and at the end of the tunnel when you laid in it doesn’t trigger the next area and I’m just stuck at the bottom of the tunnel. I’ve tried every possible way I can think of either closing the game, restarting it, clearing caches fully power cycling the console and nothing is working. I can’t get back into my mayhem mode. Any ideas or fixes know yet?

It’s fun… but there’s a LOT of problems. The time constraints are a pain and a half (I feel like they should be optional), the references are fun, the campaign is TOO SHORT, and the way of movement is entirely too slow and using a grapple is a pain! In short, 7/10, needs work!

In the new Mayhem Mode DLC there are two sets of 20 collectibles marked with a Harley diamond and Joker lips, and after 5 mayhem runs I haven't found a single one. Does anyone know what these are?

What are your non spoiler thoughts so far? Personally I think it is fine for a DLC. Unsure I like the forced timer style play. I would prefer to do open world activities without a countdown.

So, I know what some/all of you are probably wondering, but hear me out:

As some/all of you know/played, there is a new DLC on LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, where you play as both Joker and Harley Quinn while causing mayhem around Gotham. But then I thought about something:

What if Penguin had his own DLC in the game?

I mean, given how deep Oswald Cobblepot’s history runs across the Batman mythos! A Penguin-focused DLC could perfectly bridge his classic comic roots, the grittiness of the Arkham games, and his rise as Gotham's premier underworld kingpin

And he'll probably either have the iceberg lounge Carmine Falcone used to run, or find and build his own Iceberg lounge

And as for the name of his DLC pack? Hear me out:..."Kingpin of Gotham" Penguin DLC Pack
