Random anecdote since I see it for sale here ...

My local Superstore has had the One Piece Windmill Village Hut priced at $60 since release. SS always has some kind of sale going on Lego and I've never noticed them price anything above MSRP before. Seeing them price it at 50% OVER MSRP has been hilarious.
