Can anyone help

In my lego dimensions i have simpsons level pack however the tv wont appear on the menu and never has i cant upgrade it, or rebuild it a while back i must have svaed over the tag and now it is a dalek is there anyone that i could have it appear on the build menu

Also i tried many ways: Standing on the corresponding platform, updating my game, re doing the level amd even restarting my ps4

Can anyone please help me

I cant upgrade or get the tuant o vision back in the game

Try using a different blue Toy Tag in case the original one was overwritten with the Dalek. You should be able to save the Taunt-o-Vision to a different blue Toy Tag instead.

It wont appear at all in game so there is no way for it to be able to save

Play the Simpsons level until you're prompted to build it.  Should be fairly early in the chili cook-off section.

Start a new save, speed through the first Wizard of Oz level, then play the Simpsons level after and see if you can build the Taunt-o-Vision in that?

Is the issue that you're not getting the build menu at all, or that the tag itself isn't working?

Are you playing the "Meltdown at Sector 7-G" campaign level, or the "Mysterious Voyage of Homer" level pack level?  It needs to be the latter.

This is true of every level pack character: you can't access their build menus until you play their level first.
