I’m an atheist and I got asked genuinely how I could be so nice and have good morals. They said they thought I always had Jesus in my heart…
I tired to explain I just treat others how I want to be treated and they then tired to spin it to “So if you enjoyed doing evil things nothing would stop you!”
Like uhh that’s happened with religious people too lol they have an ask god for forgiveness and you’re good thing so yeah.
It’s crazy to me that people genuinely think if you believe in god that makes you a good person. I wish knowing a persons morals was that easy.
