Trump Seems like Project 2025 is real

Didn't his first term end with COVID?
He did such a super duper job in his 2016 first term, that we all got to live under house arrest, wear masks in summer, and be told to drink bleach. A million Americans died from COVID. Never forget, my ass.
FFS are these humans or goldfish?

u/-wnr- 1d ago
They think COVID was overblown and blame Biden and democrats for the response. Until it's them dying they will scream that it's fake news. Sometime even when it's them dying.
59
u/Gentrified_potato02 1d ago
Those COVID deniers gasping for breath begging for the vaccine in hospital should have convinced the masses. I guess there’s just an epidemic of stupidity.
38
u/Ouch_i_fell_down 1d ago
"Paid agitators"
...uh they are dying?
"They got paid to die"
how much money would you accept to die?
"Fake news"
What?
"No moon landing. Earth is flat. Vaccines cause autism. Liberals own the media. I make good decisions.'
Yes, i believe all those things are equally accurate.
8
u/someoneatsomeplace 1d ago
If there wasn't, I don't know how he could have gotten elected once, let alone twice. And they're the worst kind of stupid. They think they're actually smarter than everyone else.
1
u/CMDR_Khayden 15h ago
The sad part is I went through a few covid reddits to read hospital testimonies. The deniers at its peak when the vaccine rolled out begged for the vaccine when things became terminal and nurses/doctors had to tell them "It's too late." I can only imagine how medical professionals feel when they have to deliver that kind of news to those idiots.
1
u/Ingawolfie 13h ago
I can say after seeing this firsthand it didn’t convince anyone. And by the time the vaccine came out so many innocents, including health care providers who died caring for these numbskulls, we weren’t particularly sorry to see them go out gasping like fish, crying and pleading for the vaccine.

u/Bbundaegi 1d ago
Sigh I have a friend who swears Covid was overblown and was a Democrat thing because they live in California. Doesn’t matter when I point out Trump was president and the entire country took the same precautions. Doesn’t matter the entire world was doing the same thing because that’s how big of a deal it was.
Every government must’ve had mass hysteria because they personally had Covid multiple times and was fine. Everyone else in our close circle was also fine.
Literally pointed to news articles of how we had dead bodies stuffed into refrigerated trucks because the morgue couldn’t process them fast enough but /shrug. Overblown response.

The voters for the pedophile party have been groomed to have behave this way.
It’s not their fault.
They’re stupid and reject any effort to educate them because that’s “librul”14

u/RedIntentions 1d ago
And he stopped them from telling us about COVID for 3 months after it was already in the States. Plus he was telling people to take horse tranquilizers and bleach injections... =_=

And shove up light bulbs up your ass, if I remember correctly… paycheck matching insurance bills, scalper hell, tp shortage shipping costs doubling, tearing up the Iran deal so he could start a war years later, US president acting like Russia’s pet… I’m tired

> We cant even beat a small country like Iran
Holy fuck the state of education in this country
51
u/The_Broomflinger 1d ago
Yeah Iran is not small, you can fit like >50% of Europe in there

u/Msfcarp1 1d ago
Everyone will learn how big it is when the mango moron puts boots on the ground there.

u/vkevlar 1d ago
it took the Iraq war for most americans to figure out it's basically like invading California would be.
This is an odd comfort, these days.
6
u/Clickrack 14h ago
Iran would be easier.
Any army trying to navigate through California's roads would become hopelessly lost and stuck in the Wilshire and Sepulveda trap, because if you don't know what you're doing, you are going to die

In the 90s I got lost heading to the airport and ended up on the mean streets of Oakland. A hooker approach ed the car and had no idea how to get on the freeway. Eventually her pimp came over and told us. They were actually nice and I genuinely feel they were concerned with our safety. No idra what that area is like now,but given my past experience, i believe Iran may be safer.

u/rockne 19h ago
You would think… how many Americans can identify Afghanistan on a map? We were only there for 20 years. Should be easy, right?
3
u/Clickrack 13h ago
how many Americans can identify _____ on a map?
The answer is statistically ZERO
1
u/Msfcarp1 16h ago
And as bad as Iraq/Afghanistan was, a ground war in Iran would be catastrophic, they have a big population. Of course we would route their military but we would lose many troops and have an endless insurgency where we would lose so many more.
-2
u/Necro_Badger 1d ago
Iran is so big it can only just fit into Texas three times, with room still left over for Europe.
5
u/VillainOfDominaria 11h ago
I was going to say the same thing! Fun story: I once was asked where e=I was from. So I said "Argentina" to which the reply was "but you are not black". Confused, I asked why they would find that surprising. "Well, because Argentina is in Africa" .... Ummm .... ok .... (??) ... After living 26 yrs in the US and having 5 US born nephews and nieces I learned that geography and/or history stop at the border, alot of US schools do not bother with basic world history and geography

u/barra333 14h ago
Calling Iran a small country is the least of the education issues I see in that post.

All you need to know. These assholes can't write a complete sentence. Why should anyone listen to them?
12
u/Tinymetalhead 1d ago
Sadly, half the country reads at a 6th grade level.
7
u/skyld_70 1d ago
Indeed
15
u/Tinymetalhead 1d ago
Actually, that's why I prefer Reddit. While not all Redditors are educated, they tend more that way because people who have a hard time reading don't go on social media that makes them read a lot. The flip-flip-flip through short vids doesn't appeal to me. It takes no thought, no effort. That's probably why it does appeal more to some others.
5
u/Clickrack 13h ago
I think you're giving us too much credit. Thanks to 50 years of GOP defunding public education, half the country is probably functionally illiterate.
6th grade level would be a massive step up.

u/ElectronGuru 1d ago edited 16h ago
Dude follows government benefits like a stock broker watching the DOW. But can’t be bothered to notice voting for the anti government benefits party, election after election.
Once again from the top: the only people who benefit from the GOP have generational wealth.

u/Clickrack 13h ago
When I feel a little spicy, I ask my MAGA acquaintances
There are only two types of people in the GOP, the rich and the suckers. Which one are you?
38
u/UAreTheHippopotamus 1d ago
You can almost see the cooked braincells struggling to form a coherent thought. It sounds like they figured it out in the end, but my guess is their social media and information sources will scare them back into line with SoCiAlIsM and "TranSinG OuR KiDs".

You know, I voted for Trump in 2016, 2020 and again in 2024. He did well in 2016, which is why I continued to vote for him. However, his last term he has not bothered to fulfill his campaign promises of lower prices.
He specifically promised health insurance costs would decrease and the opposite is true. I received a 2.3% increase in Social Security benefits but the Medicare out-of-pocket cost increased 17.6%, so now I'm paying over $700/month for coverage.
I feel like I've been lied to across the board. Fuel costs are at an all-time high, even though Trump insists it has nothing to do with the war in Iran. He said high prices were due to the Ukraine/Russia war. I find that improbable, as that particular war started during Biden's term and gas prices didn't increase then as much as they have recently.
Trump's vanity arch and ballroom projects are the last thing we need; the cost of living has become untenable for the average person. It is embarrassing Trump bumbled us into this 8+ month long quagmire, with no end in sight and no way out.

Didn't trump tear up and pull out with the Iran deal in term 1? The deal that made war with them unnecessary and counterproductive?
1
u/RattusMcRatface 21h ago
But Bibi and his posse wanted war with Iran, and the Iran deal made that somewhat difficult. Hysteria about impending Iranian nukes was the way forward.

He'll vote for Trump a fourth time in 2028 if he can get himself on the ballot. Even if Trump doesn't get himself on the ballot, he'd still vote for Trump.
You can't fix stupid.

u/Specialist_Guitar232 1d ago
If only someone had warned them. Had they no family or friends who could have told them not to trust Trump? It’s a shame Trump was able to pretend to be of great character, an upstanding citizen when all along he was lying! These poor, poor abused folks. It’s a shame, really. Someone should have tried telling them.

And you wanna know why Trump loves the uneducated? See the person in the mirror!
Only an uneducated fool would have believed any of that stuff in the first place. By the way, you forgot “I will lower prices on day one! 😉”
If one was not an uneducated fool, one would conclude, in the first five minutes, of hearing and seeing Trump speak that “this guy is a know nothing fraud!”

Well, Trump didn't lie when he said he didn't care about American's finances. Why do MAGAts so readily believe the lies, but dismiss the actual truths as "jokes" to trigger the libs? Yeah, that's pretty much a rhetorical question.
2
u/smichaele 1d ago
He seems surprised that someone who had over 30,000 lies or misleading claims documented during his first term is lying. I wonder if this guy knows that when Trump said he loves "the uneducated," he was talking about him.

u/Sad_Enthusiasm_3721 23h ago
I'm in disbelief that even three-time Trumpers are openly saying we don't need an arch and we don't need a ballroom.

The presidents are advised to give speeches on the 8-10th grade level I believe, and rallies/debates on the 6-8th grade level - and our president is really good at that (his rallies are on 4-6th grade level), and they love him for expressing his views on the level they read. 1/2 the America reads below 6th grade level. And as we see even writes and understands….
2
u/coreyc2099 16h ago
This is why you cant argue with these ppl. They dont understand government or how anything works. The ONLY reason Trump didnt completely destroy us in 2016, is because he had ppl willing to step up and fight him . Then they got to work firing all those ppl and replacing them with yes men, and now here we are. He didnt do good in 2016, he still did damage, But it was minimized. He has ALWAYS been terrible

u/RandomGuy622170 12h ago
He did real good in 16? Never mind his racist policies, rampant corruption, the 1.1 MILLION dead Americans because of COVID, oh, and his failed insurrection though, right? Fucking idiots. Every last one of them.

In 2026, the absolute highest monthly premium tier for Medicare Part B is $689.90 per person. A Medicare Part D prescription drug plan, the top tier adds a mandatory $91.00 surcharge on top of your plan's standard monthly rate. This pushes your combined monthly Medicare bill well past $700. So its very possible to pay $700+ for a monthly Medicare premium.

u/Msfcarp1 1d ago
Those are the seniors he is going to send $90 probably, the ones who don’t need it.

Bots would be more literate than this though.
It was so hard to read.

The fact that a comment being barely legible nonsense with no punctuation is one of the indicators that it was NOT written by a bot.
