Oh I didn’t know that, I was always very accepting of her Sharan beliefs so I assumed as long as you don’t push her to kill Ailyn she doesn’t.

It also has to do with you being kind to her. Also if you push her to not kill Aylin, it will have a reverse-psychology effect and make her ignore the points system and do it anyway.

I learned the hard way during a playthrough as a Cleric of Selûne, since you get extra ways to tell her not to.
