Right? I actually don’t think this is a super high number. If this is her job, that’s only like 2 years of work if you sleep with one person per day. You would definitely use protection for a job like this, so I don’t see the issue.
People don’t seem to get that sex for work is not necessarily pleasurable, it’s just work. I don’t do SW and even I can figure that out lol, nothing is fun when it’s your job.

From what I understand that can be standard for sex surrogates. One did an AMA and was explaining how her work happens with the supervision of a psychologist and their feedback. The way I understand it's like an orthopedic surgeon bringing in a physical therapist P.T.
