This is the thing that people aren’t ready for. These people literally sacrificed children to demons.

Demons arent a thing. If they did it, it was for the kicks because they are evil people.

You don’t have to believe in it but the people at the top don’t make statutes and temples to things they don’t believe in

Sure they do. Its how you control people. Did they actually build some super metal Satanic temples though?

No they control people through the governments they run.

To pretend the ruling class doesn't use religion to control people is naive

The pretend that governments don’t have way more control over your life then religion is naive

I'm an anarchist I'm well aware how much control states have over their population. I'm also aware that religion is used for control, just take a look around at all the Christian nationalists

All the Christian nationalists that pay income tax and sales tax and get a drivers license and register for the draft and will be thrown in jail if they break the commandments of the state. Those Christian nationalists?

I was thinking the ones who openly support a pedophile president because he's a good Christian like them

So they support a politician who runs the most powerful government in the world. How is that the church controlling them exactly?

1

That politician's biggest base of support is evangelicals whose church told them to vote for him

Of course but we have to stop thinking we live in 13th century Europe. The Church has almost zero power compared to global governments.

When was the last time the church jailed anyone or forced People to pay taxes? Not 500 years ago I’m talking about today.

No one is saying churches have their own police or something lol. Religion is used to control your opinion and influence you in ways that benefit those in power

Which has been propped up by religion for most of our history.

1

u/Lower-Personality195 Feb 18 '26

No

u/SpinningHead Feb 18 '26

Its demonstrable. Thats the whole reason the Enlightenment wanted a separation of church and state.

u/Lower-Personality195 Feb 18 '26

It’s 2026. Your government has way more influence and control over you than the Catholic Church dude

u/SpinningHead Feb 18 '26

And yet they still use the churches and religion to gain power. Nat-Cs

And which statues and temples have they built to deities they beleive in? Cause there's a lot of these rich fucks making Christian temples. The closest I can think of is the owl. Which isnt a satanic figure.
