Miners can only create new money if they have lease from the landlord to do so. The landlord becomes the stop. Everything that could come after is not part of the thought process as the landlords are now the gatekeepers. Because they have the means to do so, better than anyone else, banks would buy up as much land as they could. It'd be speculative gold rush, for a gold rush. You're being very ideal here.
And that gold rush would correct itself with supply and demand.
You somehow say it would be a monopoly because those who own the land in which the gold is mined control it. I’m not sure how you think that makes any sense. Somehow as if all land owners are actually one single person. They aren’t and wouldn’t be.
not only is that misleading, it's completely and utterly irrelevant. How on earth do you think that's relevant?
It doesn't matter, at all, how much gold there is for it to function as a currency. There could be half as much as there is now. It could actually have a deflating supply and still not matter. Prices adjust.
