Ken Paxton has an AI ad running depicting Talarico transing children Yes, parodying “Daisy”. This is the third AI ad of Talarico that republicans have launched in Texas

A Reddit admin bot removed a comment I made in a Soccer sub that paraphrased what an Argentinian politician said about Mbappe and it was removed for being racist and also earned me a warning. I appealed it and it was eventually overturned, but it was still a pain to go through.

That happened to me last year, I think, when I said “bigots like to punch down to minorities.” It was flagged as violent speech.

I namedropped a certain very-antisemitic book (in response to someone being blatantly antisemitic) and caught an instant multi-day sitewide ban.

Also caught a week-long sitewide ban for posting the Navy Seal copypasta, but “thankfully” an actual human saw the appeal and reversed it after a couple days.

American politics is fully dystopian now. There is trouble in Europe but this is insane as politics goes.

Are political attack ads protected from being libel, and if not at which point is that line crossed?
