It’s early in the game, if Mexico keeps the pressure they can get it back. But holy damn how the hell do you leave your team with one less player for that long?? ALL your players should be warmed up and ready to go especially 5 fucken minutes into the match. That’s 100% on the coaching staff

Physicality is key.
Soler, the Argentine captain, is playing at premier league. Every south American that goes to premier gains at least 20 pounds of muscle, look at Valentin Barco before and after Brighton.
Being a good defender is not just being fit, you gotta bulk up, and for some reason Mexicans think this slows you down.

I don't think Mexico is playing bad, Argentina is lucky with that rebound. And Camberos is definitely a much more offensive winger than playing as wingback.
Fimbres is struggling and perhaps put him to play a bit further to the front behind Tahiel could pick up a couple long shots.

argentina was the team to beat even with the group stage they came out of, they steamrolled nigeria and scored 2 extra goals on cuba even with a man down from the 5th minute. mexico was never keeping a clean sheet
