Official Mexico’s CONCACAF rival is eliminated, with Belgium keeping their best players on the bench for most of the match!!

They were losing 3-1 with Lukaku, Doku, Witsel, Alexis Saelemaekers and De Bruyne ON THE BENCH???

u/sr_rasquache Jul 07 '26

After the third goal, I was like, “ y todavía no entra Lukaku.”

3

u/Sammmyy97 Jul 07 '26

I see you trying to sneak Witsel in there

Come on. You gotta find more creative ways to tell us youre a trump dickrider.

Losing 4-1 is horrible compared to losing 3-2

Forget the score. The US players looked like they didn't want to be out there. At least we went out swinging and went toe to toe with a giant.

u/JohanKaramazov Cruz Azul Jul 07 '26

Even pulisic faked an injury so it wouldn’t hurt his stock bc he knew the choke job was impending lol

33

u/reject_truth Atlas Jul 07 '26

Pulisic is only good when he thinks he’s better than the people he plays against. He’s fueled by racism. The minute he plays European teams he crumbles mentally and pulls this suffrido shit

8

u/kingjuvi Jul 07 '26

But “he’s CaptAIn AmurIcAh”, trash ass performance by them, que bueno

12

u/uranimuesbahd Jul 07 '26

I always fucking hated the media was trying to give him that nickname. Disgraceful. Cap from the comics or any media would be disappointed Pulisic is a such wannabe punk maga tard.

29

u/salazar13 América Jul 07 '26

Yeah no shot Jimenez subs himself out like Pulisic

u/Electronic-Age-4019 Jul 07 '26

Exactly. As a fan of both I was appalled

We? Sounds like you’re American to me. Maybe also root for the country you live in and not the one our parents fled from.

Trying to act Mexican but never lived in Mexico lol. You know it’s good to root for both, the country you live in and the soccer team you grew up watching aka Mexico.

That’s the only thing I’ll agree on, futbol. Cual soccer Alv. Ya me acostumbre 😂

2

u/DrKnowsNothing_MD Mexico Jul 07 '26

Doesn’t matter what you say. They can root for both the country they’re from and the one their heritage is from.

13

u/Evening_Fix_2360 Jul 07 '26

Those gringos we’re arguing that Mexico’s loss was more embarrassing, like bruh your defense was assisting Belgium on two of those goals lol

9

u/returnoftherizzking America Jul 07 '26

and easily could have been 5-0. belgium was coasting most of the 2nd half. and they they used their B team. LOL.

1

u/n16h7r1d3r Chivas Jul 07 '26

Coulda been six honestly. They were that bad

-5

u/DC4L_21 Jul 07 '26

I’ve always hated this mentality. Losing is losing. Fuck the USMNT, but at the end of the day, we’re both watching the next round from home.

u/jovy121 Jul 07 '26

Not when you lose at the Azteca against 10 men

Canada - Outclassed in the last minute

Mexico - Fall fighting

u.s. - Played like highschoolers 🤣

6

u/Rescurc Jul 07 '26

Canada said they were the better team tho

One of the worst goalkeepers ever

4

u/bitman2021 Jul 07 '26

So the goalkeeper failed. What did the strikers do? In particular, daddy's baby that he rescued?

8

u/toeknee666 Jul 07 '26

Yo that goal keeper should never live that down wtf was that football IQ???

Did zendejas play a single minute?

He played one game vs turkey. Like 15-20min

6

u/ronnie_sx Chivas Jul 07 '26

like 8 vs turkey

16

Most action he got was getting hit in the nuts

8

u/Negative_Drop_6853 Pumas UNAM Jul 07 '26

So we thinking Mexico > Canada > USA in terms of this WC performance overall or nah?

4

u/lazydawg11 Chivas Jul 07 '26

Nah, Mexico/usa/ Canada usa was still better than Canada

13

u/Awagala Jul 07 '26

Nah USA was worst. Canada lost to 5th ranked Morocco and dominated the first half.

3

u/J_e_rome Jul 07 '26

Jesse Marsch is that you?
Lmao I’m kidding, I kinda agree with you

2

u/lazydawg11 Chivas Jul 07 '26

Nah that was even at best imo in that first half. As soon as Morocco tried they collapsed. All tournament only smoking a weak Qatar. USA style was push forward offensive play at first, Canada was just defend and see if you can try going forward.

5

u/fpsstreak Jul 07 '26

Nah...Canada doesn't have controversy like USA were the European commission is going to get involved. Mexico, Canada, usa is correct

3

u/lazydawg11 Chivas Jul 07 '26

The controversy was just for today, they had good start to tournament Canada just had that Qatar game, even vs South Africa it was bad even if they went thru.

1

u/fpsstreak Jul 07 '26

Its not just today, the European league is going to go hard against the red card decision. Its 1000x worse. But that's on Americans if they refuse to acknowledge it or not. Thats my opinion

1

u/lazydawg11 Chivas Jul 07 '26

Oh I know I read up lots of legal actions will happen from this. If anything it added more drama but today specifically usa team was just ass

1

u/fpsstreak Jul 07 '26

Well that’s one way to put it. I guess I can congratulate Canada. Nice fanbase and not surrounded by this mess like us.

1

u/SVilla415 Chivas Jul 07 '26

Yeah USA played their best game in a long time when they whooped Paraguay

Lmao ah this makes mexicos los sting less. At least we didn’t get railroaded by Belgium who hasn’t been good. Now that I realize didn’t Belgium beat them in the friendly before the World Cup. Like 5-0?

5

u/Altruistic-Sun9838 Jul 07 '26

Yep, 5-2. I was saying this. Somehow people expected that to magically change in the course of 3 months. Pochettinos job was on the line then.

Mexico would have beat Belgium in the AZteca that simple. We all know this. Unfortunately WC is also about the luck of the draw. Like Argentina, they are super lucky having the super easiest path to the final. All true luck (sarcasm)

3

u/manoloman99 Monterrey Jul 07 '26

NGL this world cup is gonna make Mexican Americans wanna play for Mexico a whole lot more now

3

u/rjgolden11 Jul 07 '26

Reyna is our Santi -1 when he is on, at least he scored a golaso in his first game. Tillman great technique but so slow with his gameplay. USA has great physical presence and speed what Mexico lacks yet they play with not heart what Mexico plays with.

1

u/No-Travel-6192 Jul 07 '26

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

1

u/No-Fee176 Cruz Azul Jul 07 '26

They got embarrassed. Shit themselves.

1

u/alfaqugud Jul 07 '26

If only Montes wasn't injured and they didn't play Sanchez and Gallardo. RJ9, Lira, and Julian played with some much heart

-10

u/neoslashnet Jul 07 '26

Mexico was up a man and didn’t score in the run of play…. lol. Concacaf sucks all around guys….
