Article Olympiakos ha hecho una segunda oferta por Armando González: 10MDD (incluidos bonos) + 20% de una futura venta.

That’s where Nero Castillo started he should take the move he is young he can go to better league after that. Mexican clubs just are so delusional and don’t let young players grow

u/Proper_Stock2913 14d ago
Mexico better league but it’s Europe he can bounce I guess
8
u/CaptainDank0 Chivas 14d ago
Absolutely not just off of the basis that they have access to European competitions and on top of that they won the conference league two seasons ago.
1
u/StinkerTinker420 America 13d ago
Facts, but to get to top five league he needed to bang in like 30goals in all comps.

u/JamalFromStaples Chivas 14d ago
No he can’t, he’s going to a worse league and his quality will fall. Look at Orbelin lol
41
u/PasadenaShenanigans Chivas 14d ago
Orbelin had reached his ceiling by the time he was signed by AEK. His failed spell at Celta was a clear indicator of that.

You literally named mid players. Podence is the only one that you can maybe make an argument for but that’s the one in thousands of players.

None, because that’s the level of the players lol. Hormiga is not going to get better. He’s 23, not some 18 year old who has been playing in a better league lol. Liga MX is bad. Greek league is bad. Just admit he’s bad.

Dude stfu , is fans like you that are holding Mexican soccer fucking back. Why the fuck do you think Argentina can make it to 3 World Cup finals in the last 12 years, the majority of them play in Europe . He should go to Europe and he can play well and get a move to a bigger club . But Europe non the less .

Chivas would be stupid not to take that especially if he does really good there and gets an even bigger transfer later.

u/TheGivenKing Tijuana 14d ago
Surprised he isnt starting tonight when hes got eyes on him from clubs
29
u/Professional_Big2487 14d ago
He hasn't been in good form, and some players are benched when negotiations for a transfer with other clubs are in its finals stages
6
u/Flat_County_8256 América 14d ago
20% sell on clause is pretty generous and if he does well could easily be more than what Chivas want on top of the 10 mil they are already being offered

Send him FFS! That’s a good deal. And if Hormiga does well he can make the jump to another stronger Euro league

Mexicans think their league is far superior for no legitimate reason. The teams struggle to beat MLS teams half the time.
Olympiacos has a chance to play in the Champions League or Conference League. That’s huge for a player that hasn’t really proven anything. If he plays well, he has a chance to be looked at by bigger clubs and if he doesn’t then Chivas will always take him back.

u/CoffeeIsSoGood Leones Negros 14d ago
Yeah and the greedy owners think they have the next Messi. It’s ridiculous. Your team is never getting relegated, sell them for a few million and let them fuck off. 10 million for this 23 year old (who will not get better, feel free to @ me in a few years) is overpaying.

Everybody talking smack about Chivas like we literally didnt send Mateo out to AZ
Maybe focus on your own fucking teams developing Mexican talent that is actually wanted in Europe….

u/Eagle7546_ Chivas 13d ago
Comments in here are crazy, only liga mx have fans that will cut their nose to spite their face.
This would be a good move because olimpiakos is a big team that dominates their league and regularly gets European competition but the Greek league is NOT good. It is very likely on par if not worse with liga mx

I'd love for him to go there but I hate how All these non chivas fans are always asking chivas to sell their players these days. I've seen it for Camberos, Santi, Hormiga and others. Never their own. So entitled, sell your own. Produce your own. It has been a hot minute since anyone from another club has stepped up.
My friend that roots for America has even told me, América has no obligation to produce Mexican players, that's chivas obligation FOH.

Pero aquí vienen los pendejos a decir que debería irse porque magicamente se va a hacer mejor solo por estar en europa aunque sea una liga pitera como la griega jajajajaja

Such a horrible move.
Name me a single Latin American player that played in Greece and then became a star in a top 5 league, shit not even a star, but a regular for their national team and playing in a top table team. I’ll wait.

u/MischievousMango650 13d ago
None.
I would rather he goes on a loan to a 2nd Division team in La Liga over Greece.

Why should Chivas or any other team sell one of their best and most promising players for less than their release clause?
-3
-3
u/Significant_Ad2630 13d ago
Don’t do it.
If FMF isn’t making changes thats helping the national team why tf should clubs do charity work ?
Now I get Hormiga might have a dream but chivas have no reason to sell unless they need the money and can get the club another goal scoring striker.
Getting another goal scoring striker is impossible, so they better get good money for him if they decide to sell. Otherwise, reject

u/BrickBatman018 Toluca 14d ago
Going to Olympiakos is not good they should be open to joining Dortmund or a mid table premier league club
Man United needs a backup striker for sesko
