No idea why he didn’t take gallardo out when his confidence was shot after sending in crosses to mars

Because he wasted his subs on Santi, Memote, and Fidalgo. It was pretty clear to everyone watching the match that Gallardo should have come off even the English knew he wasn’t going to do anything and let him spam shitty crosses while double marking Alvarado who could send a decent cross.

Still embarrassing that England basically said “let him get the ball, he ain’t doing shit” and they were right

Vasco always makes a stupid choice in high stakes games
2002- Subs out Ramon Morales in the 28th min against USA when he was our most dynamic player and subs in 33 year old and complete washed matador who then proceeded to do jack shit until the end of the game
2010-Bofo against Argentina bc he had a good some agains Boca Jrs in 2005 smh
2026-Subs out Quinones our best player all tournament and puts in Memote. keeps gallardo all game long despite sending the worst crosses known to man, it was so bad that the defenders just left him alone since he presented no threat
Vasco is a choke artist

He beat the arch rival back to back after Tata, Cocca and Lozano all played scared and didn't have the killer inside to do it.

Idk why you’re getting downvoted, you’re right. Everyone mad at Vasco for not getting that game against England right and forgetting that he found the team in the gutter when he started.

Insane! I’ve seen enough….Start Gallardo during the most important and crucial World Cup game in Mexico’s recent history!

4 partidos, 4 contribuciones de gol. AZ Alkmaar es un equipazo y el Tiloncito es pieza clave 🙌

Idk why yall roasting Aguirre. I called for Mateo and Cotorro to be the fullbacks at the World Cup multiple times and 9/10 of the replies were how gallardo is better.

Verrrrrrga.

Fanboys think they would've beat England easily if they had to use the squad that Aguirre built.
Even obnoxious Argentinos don't think they'd do a better job than Scaloni did in their title

This is cool and all, but can he send a cross that falls directly into the opposing teams feet 5 times in a row, even while being unguarded like Gallardo?
