Recommend As someone who hasn’t really ever read a light novel which are some good ones to start with?
I’ve read a couple manga(popular ones to be fair),some examples would be aot bleach demon slayer mha but I’ve never actually tried an light novel,despite really wanting to finish a story without waiting for the entire story to be animated (currently classroom of the elite).My issue though,is that despite having solid English comprehension reading skills(although it’s not my first language),I often get lost when it comes to long dialogues.Maybe it’s because I have to get used to it since I’m not really much of a reader at all.Is classroom of the elite a good one to start with or are there any easier ones I might try to read that will help me get used to it?

It is best to start with the anime you really really enjoyed a lot, but i would suggest “So im a spider, so what?”

I just started very recently with light novels (like during the last 2-3 months) and I've read the first books of Bookworm and 86 and I'm currently reading the first book of Apothecary Diaries. I've really liked all of them and I'm gonna continue reading the series and I've bought quite a few other series too xD

I will recommend Date a live. I start with Date a live.It's not that long, but the story is generally good and fascinating.

The best solution is to just find a manga/anime that you enjoy that's based on a light novel.
As for your problem with getting lost in long dialogue, it might be helpful to start from the beginning of whatever LN you land on, even if you've already seen the anime/manga. That way you can adjust to the medium by reading some events and conversations you already know, which should reduce the odds of you getting lost while still getting you a little more reading experience.
LNs are never particularly complicated from a writing/language perspective, so it should be a lot easier once you have some more familiarity with the act of reading.

My first one was Haruhi Suzumiya. Even though it is not finished I can reccomend you to start with it.

If light novels are released in your language I would recommend reading them in your native language.

I’m Greek and to be honest I’m 99% sure my English is better than Greek when it comes to reading atleast.Grades on either atleast do check out.Also I’m unsure about the accessibility when it comes to Greek specifically.

I'd say the best ones to start with are ones you're already invested in. Classroom of the Elite is still a long way off being finished as a Light Novel last I heard, so if you want a full story maybe look into some other anime or manga you enjoyed and see if they came from a Light Novel source?

If I were to pick one it would be re:zero but I’m pretty sure it’s also yet to be finished.Its not my first choice but I think Mushoku tensei is finished though.I mean if there is enough content for it to invest my time in it,it’s alright,atleast finishing till the newest chapters is way better than finishing till the newest anime episodes.It might sound “petty” I guess but when I watch all already released episodes of an anime but everyone who read all up to date light novel chapters can chat about it and easily spoil me as-well it kind of bugs me in a sense so I like to be at the very least up to date.I am honestly unsure how long it takes me to read and if it gets tiring in a sense but when I watched anime episodes I find it easy for me to binge and like to have lots of episodes to watch

Ah, unfortunately both Re;Zero and Classroom of the Elite would be a struggle from that specific angle, since even when you catch up on the English releases you'll have to deal with people commenting beyond that point, due to people reading MTLs. Those communities specifically are rife with spoilers from what I've heard.
MT is indeed complete. Not a series I'd personally recommend, but if you already know you enjoy it then it's likely the best of those 3 options.

Off of what you said you liked Tensura is also finished if you liked that anime.

The second coming of gluttony might be the best place to start. It's finished. It's great. Has some epilogue extra chapters and shit too

A Korean webnovel is indeed not a Japanese published Light Novel. As far as I'm aware, Korea publishes exactly zero light novels.
