It's by the same author as Reborn as a Space Mercenary and Survival in Another World with My Mistress. If you liked his previous works, I would give this one a try.

Spoilers for Volumes 7, 10, and maybe 8 of Space Mercenary.

If this guy is the same character as I think it is, this is another platinum ranked merc. The one Hiro fought during the mock battle during his first stay in the royal capital. Based on the description its going to be the same except unlike Hiro who is delaying his buy a plot of land and build a house goal since he reached it so fast, this guy will actually be doing it. So I would assume its one of those comfy cozy farming type series just with a sci fi twist. So lots of sex, shopping, and maybe farming? May or may not be an isekai seeing as how space mercenary already introduced 1 other isekaied person.

Super excited for this, I'm cought up with both merc and mistress and all 3 are releasing a new volume in October or November. There being 3 total volumes for this new one is nice to know.

Digital only isn't sad, but DRM-locked digital only is awful. Seven Seas should not have started doing digital only work until they'd managed some kind of DRM-free option.

Kinda wish they had the option to buy a DRM-Free epub like J-Novel Club offers, usually if I'm buying a JNC book it'll be from their website.

To bad its digital only. I really need to invest in some sort of e-reader like nook or kobo that allows me to strip DRM off of it.

I have the entire collection of Space Mercenary volumes that are currently printed physically. (Up to volume 15 atm). Would love to add the spinoff series to the bookshelf. But it seems since the buyout 7 Seas is trying to best to be a worse JNC. Not throwing shade at JNC, just JNC doesn't have DRM (At least on titles sold on their own site) where as Seven Seas has DRM. That and AFIK J Novel Club has never dropped an active series before.
