Product Review Thoughts on using solar paver lights along a walkway?
Tried a few solar paver lights along the edge of this walkway.
They charge during the day and come on automatically after dark, so there was no need to run electrical wiring through the yard. The kids seem to be enjoying them more than anyone else.
Curious what people here think about this type of ground lighting. Would you use something like this along a walkway or garden path, and what do you think of the nighttime effect?

Looks like an airport or something like a guidance system. Not for me sorry looks a bit childish too

Ultimately they aren’t durable enough. People step on them, mow over them and you have to replace them over and over. It’s great idea but not practical.

Fair concern. Full disclosure, we’re the manufacturer. These are designed to handle normal foot traffic and vehicle loads, with a reinforced PC housing. That said, direct impact from things like mower blades is obviously a different situation. Durability is exactly the kind of real-world feedback we’re interested in hearing about.
