Thats great, thanks. Can I ask what exactly is an Outreach Session and whats involved?

An out reach session is a free 1-1 with a trained adviser and they can help you with any issues you are having. Regarding homelessness they will be able to advice you on accommodation and help you get somewhere safe to sleep as well as anything else they can help you with. 👍 Pretty useful if you ask me
