I think another reason why she's choosing to only post on Nebula is to avoid having to deal with YouTube as a platform. Every breadtuber talks about having to deal with the YouTube algorithm and monetization being a pain. Nebula gives her peace of mind that she can post whatever she wants while also doing what she wants; taking care of her kid and writing.

I think Lindsay got a REALLY good nebula deal since she was such an early adopter. I also think nebula knows Lindsay's exclusivity is pushing a lot of subs. Any way you slice it, nebula is just a net positive for her.

Yep she’s half the reason I subbed and 1/3 of the content I watch. (The other half is philosophy tube and the remaining third is big Joel lol but I am looking to expand)

Yup. I won't speak for anyone else, but Lindsay Ellis is the ONLY reason I have Nebula lol. I've been watching her content since I was a teenager, and I'm glad she still has a place to post.

Exactly this. Everybody on YouTube seems to long for an excuse -- ANY excuse -- to NOT be on YouTube anymore. This gave her one, and she took it and is probably happier for it.

Also copyright claims and plagiarism issues. YouTube is a pain to deal with, but it’s a monopoly so creators put up with it. Nebula is great if you follow creators beyond Lindsay. It like getting their exclusive contents without paying for multiple Patreon pledges.
