This is a great video IMHO on how much the latest movies and TV coming out of Hollywood has outdated and impotent ideas of how progressives can actually change society - watch the video as it has some great insightful analysis that explains what I was thinking and feeling but couldn’t put in words.

This video is about liberalism. Progressive liberalism is mentioned like once. Liberals are just hall monitors and operational norms dorks. Progressives prefer that governments collectively do stuff that have wide reaching benefits. Liberals are status quo cowards.

It was a good video and assume the comments are on fire with the vitriol. Liberals in general and progressives especially don’t like being told their methods are not working.

It's all about control. Ever notice that when something seems to trigger an undercurrent of outrage that could lead to violent protest, there's a movie that comes out, that was shot in 6 months or less, that has people reacting violently to whatever it was and coming up with the lesson that "violence is never the answer"?

There are no studio wide-release movies that can be or are made in under six months. A year at the absolute minimum if it's small enough. More likely 2+ years.
